Track & Trace
A justice-sector technology project supporting the responsible modernisation of offender monitoring, probation supervision, parole compliance, bail management and lawful alternatives to unnecessary custodial detention.
Better tools for lawful, proportionate and auditable supervision
Track & Trace is focused on the responsible use of GPS and electronic monitoring technology to help justice institutions improve visibility, accountability and compliance for individuals placed under lawful judicial supervision.
The objective is straightforward: to help justice systems manage appropriate individuals in the community where lawful and suitable, reduce avoidable pressure on prison infrastructure, support victim and public safety, and give courts and supervising authorities a clearer, more accountable picture of compliance.
Supporting the justice system across the supervision lifecycle

Bail & Remand Alternatives
Structured community supervision as a lawful, monitored alternative to pre-trial custody where courts consider it appropriate.

Probation Supervision
Location and curfew monitoring to support compliance with the terms of community sentences and probation orders.

Parole Compliance
Continued oversight of individuals released under licence, with exclusion zones and compliance reporting to supervising authorities.

Custodial Relief
Helping justice institutions ease avoidable pressure on prison infrastructure through lawful, supervised community management.
A project platform — not an enforcement authority
Clarity of role is fundamental to responsible deployment. Track & Trace supports the institutions that hold lawful authority; it does not replace or exercise that authority.
